**About the Role**
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a **Wound Management Specialist**to join our team. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced wound care products within the **community setting across Scotland, North Cumbria & Northumberland**.
Strategic territory planning will be key—ensuring consistent engagement and relationship-building with healthcare professionals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you drive growth and deliver value.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a **permanent, field-based role**, and you’ll need to reside within the territory. Travel across Scotland will be required, including occasional overnight stays and off-territory travel for meetings and conferences.
This is a **hybrid role**, offering a mix of face-to-face and remote selling opportunities.
**What You Will Do**
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute tactical business plans
- Identify new opportunities through market insights
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Engage key opinion leaders to support product adoption
- Deliver impactful product presentations and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

**Who You Are**
This role suits an experienced **Account Manager / Sales Specialist**or a **Clinical Nurse**with a background in the medical sector.
**Desirable experience includes**:

- Tech-savvy with good IT skills
