Support worker Burry st Edmunds Suffolk
Our Client an adult gentleman of 50 years, with an ABI who requires care and support with his everyday living. The gentleman has an active lifestyle and your role will be to provide care and support to our client within his own home and out in the community.The Support worker will need to hold a full driving licence, our client is very independent and therefore just requires prompting and assisting with his medication needs and assisting with his daily living tasks. As part of your duties you will be requiredto work a sleep in following your day shift.
Shift patterns are 08.00-20.00 plus Sleep 22.00-08.00
Pay rates £11.99 - £21.98 per hour (Inc. Holiday pay)
As a Healthcare worker at Advantage Healthcare you will have paid experience as a support worker or HCA in the community, or residential, hospital setting.
- Be committed to provide the highest standard of compassionate care
- A current Enhanced Adult/child DBS on the update service. (preferred but not essential)
- sound knowledge of person centred care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
