We’re in need of some talented individuals to join our brilliant kitchen as a back of house team member on a full time/ or part time basis at The Bridge

**About The Role**
Working back of house, you will be passionate about food and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen. From preparation to food handling and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills - your contribution will certainly count. Whilst working in our kitchens, you’ll find no two days will be the same and you’ll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean the kitchen and dining area.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times.
- Avoid injuries while carrying trays, bags, and other heavy items.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment, such as gloves, aprons, and footwear.
- Clean dishes and complete basic maintenance tasks.

**About You**
You will ideally have experience working within a busy kitchen. You will need a willingness to learn, a genuine love for all things food and the passion to create amazing dishes.
