We currently have a team of 18 currently serving some of the best housing and construction companies across Scotland and we now have the requirement for an additional cleaning operative to join the team. Our primary role in this sector is to carry out builders and final cleans to mainly houses in preparation for National House Builders Council inspections and for client handovers prior to moving into their new home.

**Job Location and Hours**:
Working days will normally consist of a 6.30-7am meet in Alloa to get to a selected destination and will generally run through until a 4pm finish on site, however these can change depending on the demands of the business.

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

- Alloa, FK10 3LP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driving Licence held minimum 1year (preferred)
