**Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant**

**Location: York, North Yorkshire**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Salary Scale: £75 to £90 per day**

GSL Education are actively looking for few enthusiastic dedicated
**KS2 Teaching Assistant** for our client schools based in
**York** starting as soon as possibele. As an ethical, independent recruitment provider, we are passionate about supporting local Schools with staffing requirements: supply, interim and permanent.

**Ideal Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant requirements**:

- Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
- Have experience supporting pupils with learning difficulties.
- Be able to establish meaningful and positive relationships quickly.
- Be supporting pupils inside and outside of the classroom.
- Help pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a **DBS on the update service **or be willing to pay for a new one through GSL Education.
