Telesales Agent

Smarter Cover Limited are a life insurance brokerage based in Weybridge, Surrey.

We have been established since 2012 and are partnered with some of the UK’s most recognisable insurers including AIG, Legal & General and Liverpool Victoria.

We’re looking to add to our Sales Floor of over 30 Sales People, we have a fast paced sale environment and we’re looking for confident and motivated people to join our growing team. 2024 promises to be an extremely good time to join the company, we’re on-track to grow exponentially.

What you will be doing
- Outbound telephone sales, roughly 50 - 250 per day.
- Using our expertly sourced leads & converting them into sales. Management of sales pipeline.
- Working on a busy sales force

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Drive, tenacity and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Sales experience of some capacity would be ideal, but by no means necessary.
