**For this role you will be based at our Forest More site**

This role is within the Marine Sector of Babcock International Group, which delivers a wide array of complex through-life marine engineering services to defence and civil customers across the globe. These range from UK and international naval fleet support, commercial marine, engineering consultancy, weapons handling, equipment support, intelligence, cyber security and training.

Mission Systems forms a critical, and growing part of Babcock’s Marine organisation. Our dynamic and motivated leadership team is committed to an exciting transformation agenda that will help Mission Systems to innovate, modernise and create a more people-focussed business that can support our customers’ mission. Working across a range of exciting design, manufacture and support projects, Mission Systems employs approximately 1,600 people across the UK and overseas with the largest sites based in Bristol, Plymouth, Portsmouth and Ashchurch.

**Business Administration Apprenticeship**:
If you are interested in starting a career in business but are not sure which area you are best suited to then our Business Administration scheme may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our apprenticeship scheme will take 2 years to complete. During this time, you'll earn a competitive apprentice wage and gain hands-on experience in the workplace. As part of the structured training programme, you will complete your academic submission via distance learning whilst being provided with continual support within your role.

Our 24-month apprenticeship programme will enable you to develop a range of highly transferable business administration skills. Work tasks will directly link to course modules.

Alongside this, you will be assigned a tutor from the college who will visit you at work regularly and will agree targets with you to enable you to complete your college work.

**Qualifications you’ll get**:

**Skills required**:

- A passion for Administration
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with co

- Able to communicate with others well at all levels, both verbally and through formal written correspondence
- Adaptable to change
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- IT proficiency

- A minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C/4+ (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- GCSE ICT at Grade C/4+ would also be desirable
