A great opportunity for a Bookkeeper / Administrator to join this small business, where you will be working alongside the Managing Director and team.
- Act as the point of contact for client customers - prepare and follow up quotes for potential work
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities and support other team members where necessary.
- Maintain robust filing systems, both electronic and manual, for all client pension, financial and property data.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to facilitate good working relationships
- Process monthly and ad-hoc sales invoices for clients.
- Take a proactive role in managing and collecting the debts of clients’ customers.
- Respond professionally and promptly to ad-hoc requests from clients.
- Processing invoices, receipts, payments and expenses
- Completing VAT returns
- Undertake monthly bank reconciliations and a periodic reconciliation of accounts
- Managing client company ledgers
