Job Title: Part-Time Experienced Cook

Location: Lower Bell Public House, Blue Bell Hill.

Hours: 16 hours per week (including Saturdays and Sundays)

Pay: £12 to £15 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
- Manage kitchen operations independently, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Develop and implement new menu items.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook in a similar setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
