Jack & Jones is one of Europe's leading producers of menswear with more than 1000 stores across 38 countries. We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Supervisor for our brand new 3000 square ft store in Fairhill Shopping Centre, Ballymena.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible assisting the store manager for the day to day running of the store
- Required to lead by example at all times and to manage a team of between 6-9 team members.
- Responsible for maintaining a sales driven mind-set, motivating your team to provide a high level of Customer Service and also towards achieving sales targets & KPI targets.
- Liaising with head office and manager in relation to certain aspects of the business.
- Follow Company procedures and assisting Area manager in matters concerning merchandising, shop operations and business practices, team training, team building.

Necessary skills/experience:

- Previous managerial experience in a fast paced fashion retail environment.
- Experience of both managing & motivating a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets & KPI's.
- Experience of training & developing a team.
- Experience in relation to Visual Merchandising and following brand guidelines.
- Previous fashion retail experience is essential.
- Have a keen interest in fashion and keeping up with current trends.
- Should have a good attitude, be driven and preferably interested in further development within the business.
- Should have previous experience/proven track record of their ability to sell and reach individual KPI targets.
- Be able to work as part of a team to achieve overall store target
