We are seeking to recruit a number of caring individuals to support our care at home services.

**Job Description**:
Two client visits are never the same. Care plans may include:, Personal care, helping your client to wash and dress, or help with self-care, Help with medications, Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops, Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation, Companionship.

It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle as some of our clients like us to take them out shopping and to appointments.

As a Care Professional you will see the same clients every week so companionship is at the heart of what we do, whatever the task involved. This is why we only do a minimum of one hour calls, it enables you to spend quality time with your Client.
