Due to significant growth and new business opportunities, SparkX Ltd (One of the UK’s leading HERS/NERS ICP businesses) has a new opening for a Street Lighting Supervisor to come and join our team based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire. Travel will be required along with flexible hours working.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality services to our valued clients and ensuring the successful completion of planned and un-planned works. You will be responsible for supervising street lighting related projects, ensuring all operational activities align with our strategies, and policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with customers and stakeholders in a professional and supportive manner, ensuring they are well-informed about the services and standards we provide.

**The Role**
- To carry out supervision of operational resources, undertaking a range of street lighting maintenance works and ensuring that works are carried out to the agreed standards and methods, and that operational procedures are adhered to.
- To carry out daily site checks and ensure that quality is maintained on site and that required documentation / certification is completed.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day work delivered by the operatives, including productivity and ensuring daily briefings are carried out and job packs are raised correctly.
- To manage all aspects of Traffic Management required to undertake works on high-speed roads across the County, including during night works.
- To assist with the identification of works for the future programmes as appropriate.
- You may be required to supervise out of hours working to ensure that works are carried out correctly, safely and within time and budget constraints.
- Current valid driving licence.
- You will be hard working and motivated and show good initiative in the field of Steet Lighting.
- Knowledge of Highway Legislation, relevant design procedures and standards and good practice.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for an experienced and qualified Street Lighting Supervisor.
- Experience working for an ICP or DNO advantageous.
- CSCS / EUSR Accreditation
- Advanced First Aid training (ideally)
- Professional and customer facing
- Familiar using a tablet for Operations and Reporting
- Head Office based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.

Pay: £18.41-£19.97 per hour
