**Employability / Digital Skills Tutors/Coaches**

**For 2 month contract (with a view to being extended)**

Are you dynamic, motivational and inspiring with the ability to deliver employability and digital skills workshops? Parker Enterprise Company Ltd is a provider of employability, digital skills and wellbeing training solutions, providing engaging training and development which meets the needs of learners and companies, delivered by highly competent, knowledgeable and experienced staff.

We are now seeking Employability & Digital Skills Tutors/Coaches for ongoing DWP contracts in Edinburgh

In this role, you will deliver courses to unemployed groups of people which address barriers to gaining employment with tailored support to enable individuals to progress into and move towards work.

You will deliver high impact, engaging and interactive workshops to customers on a wide range of employability and digital skills.

Key responsibilities:

- Designing and delivering bespoke courses to meet a range of employability needs.
- Managing a small group of people
- Meeting KPI’s and targets (job outcomes)
- Adhering to all compliance and quality requirements

We are looking for:

- Excellent people skills
- The ability to deliver workshops in an engaging way.
- An empathetic approach along with the ability to ensure learning objectives are met
- Excellent IT skills
- Adaptability and able to use initiative and work independently.

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh EH6 4SP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
