**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a holistic content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our audience, and supports our business objectives. This position blends creativity with strategy—you will not only create visually engaging content but also ensure it aligns with our other marketers' work, to drive brand awareness and improve customer acquisition.

From filming and editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels to producing professional long-form content for YouTube, you will take full ownership of the content production process, including being 'the face' of the channel - so being confident on camera is a must In addition to creating content, you will manage and grow our social media presence by strategising campaigns, fostering meaningful audience engagement, and using analytics to optimise performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Short-Form Content Creation**: Film, edit, and publish compelling short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive engagement and reach new audiences.
- **Static & Carousel Content Creation**: Design and post visually engaging static and carousel content tailored to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- **Long-Form Video Production**:Plan, film, edit, and manage long-form YouTube videos to build our brand's authority and expand our established audience.
- **Social Media Strategy**:Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms, aligning content with the brand voice and business goals.
- **Community Management**:Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, to be reported to the Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to keep our social media fresh and relevant.
- **Content Calendar Management**:Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence across all platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Experience with professional camera equipment and smartphone filming tools
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- A solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proven ability to create and execute a cohesive content strategy across multiple platforms.
- 2 years experience as a content creator (or similar role)
