Sacco Mann are currently working with a highly regarded, national law firm on an opportunity for a Client Care and Complaints Handling Officer to join their team in Manchester. This is an opportunity to join the reputable Ethics and Compliance team withina friendly and close-knit team.

As a Client Care and Complaints Handling Officer, you will be working with the Complaints Partner and assist with the delivery of policies, training and monitoring of complaints management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Investigating, liaising with relevant fee earners and preparing detailed responses to complaints/correspondence from the Legal Ombudsman.
- Maintaining and updating the firms internal complains register.
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating the firms internal client care and complaints procedures/policies.
- Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes and Legal Ombudsman guidance on complaints handling.
