Alexander Lloyd are proud to be exclusively partnering with a global consultancy business located in Crawley. Due to continued growth they are now seeking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and develop a team of 10 +.

Your duties will include but not be limited too:

- Manage, coach and develop the team, direct line management of payment supervisors and indirectly payment assistants
- Manage and prioritise the workload of the teamand report on KPIs
- Manage the overall processes and controls of the payments function, ensure work is carried out in line with procedures
- Continually develop and improve/streamline the processes within the team
- Monthly reporting to Finance management around payments, payment ledgers and the team
- Review of all payment runs and ad hoc payments before approval
- Build relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
- Project work as required

You will have the following skill set:

- Worked within a mid to large size business and managed teams of 6 +
- Extensive experience within a fast paced and dynamic AP/PL department
- Solid Excel ability. Pivot table, vlookup
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of SAP or Concur beneficial but not essential
