We are searching for a Data Protection and Compliance Manager to join our team based in Manchester or Whitley Bay on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £36,725 Per Annum (FTE) Plus Pension and Other Benefits.

Depaul UK works with some of the most disadvantaged young people in the UK. We specialise in working in communities where poverty and long-term unemployment have resulted in generations of social exclusion and high rates of homelessness

**The Data Protection and Compliance ManagerRole:**

We are currently looking for a Data Protection and Compliance Manager to work on a full-time (37.5 hours) basis within the Business Excellence Team.

In this role you will work to review and monitor Data Protection and Information Governance related Policies, Procedures and Processes.

This role will be based at any of our regional offices; Whitley Bay and Manchester. You can read more about the role in the attached job description.

Please note that this job opportunity is offered as a 12 months fixed term contract.

**What we're looking for in our Data Protection and Compliance Manager**:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Previous experience employed in a Data Protection role
- Excellent project management and reporting writing skills
- Excellent presentation skills and experience of delivering training/ briefings/ delivering workshop
