**Administrator / Receptionist - Poole - Paying up to £25,000**

An Administrator / Receptionist is required for our client based in Poole. As the Administrator / Receptionist, you will be reporting directly into the Administration Manager and will be responsible for providing high quality and professional administrativeand reception services to both clients and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Answer calls in a professional manner, taking accurate messages when needed
- Deal with client and visitor queries where appropriate or redirect accordingly
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable
- Assist in preparing and printing tender documents as required
- Ensure electronic diary system is up to date and sort and distribute mail
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, offering refreshments and escort them to where they need to be
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports for the Senior Management team
- Manage and monitor the workload of labour staff, including the maintenance service inbox, scheduled call outs, appointments, liaising with customers and ordering supplies
- Issue PPE to staff, maintain stock levels and re-order stock as appropriate
- Manage Sub-Contractor database, keeping supplier insurance up to date
- Ensure database and manual filing systems are maintained and kept up to date
- Provide administrative and general support to other teams as and when required which may include general typing, photocopying, filing, archiving, post office runs, banking and shopping
- Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong administration skills with good attention to detail and professional telephone manner
- Excellent record keeping, writing and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise a heavy workload to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic knowledge of Access and Excel

This is a permanent, full time role working 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, equating to 40 hours per week.
