Here at ClwydAlyn our Maintenance Team is one of the largest departments within the

organisation, implementing our maintenance objectives and maintaining our homes and

properties.

The usual days of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30, working at different locations

across North Wales. If you require flexibility please do not hesitate to give me a call and we

can discuss hours of work further. Our enhanced holiday entitlement is 25 days, increasing

to 30 days with length of service, plus bank holidays. We have excellent benefits such as

As a Multiskilled Joiner you will undertake all types tasks to support the delivery of our

projects, some include Planned Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrade Programme, Responsive &
Emergency Repairs, Empty Property Refurbishment works and Routine Repairs. Whilst

ensuring that a high standard of repair or replacement work is carried out without exception.
