Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client, who are a modern forward facing law firm, are looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal to work in their Residential Conveyancing department in either their Leicester or Loughborough office.

**The client**

You would be joining an outstanding team within an award-winning firm, with offices in both Leicester and Loughborough, who provide support to all team members. Our client have been established for almost 30 years.

**The role**

Duties include, but not exclusive to:
Handling a caseload of sales and purchase residential property files

Remortgaging

Transfer of equity

Leasehold property & lease extensions

Severance of joint tenancy

An experienced Paralegal with a background in managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload

Excellent client care skills

Require minimum supervision

Strong communication skills

Excellent organisation skills
