**Job Opportunity**

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production line, ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our processes. You will take charge of producing and monitoring our products, maintaining our high standards of food safety and quality, and guiding junior operators to succeed. We value proactive leaders with keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

This role offers a pathway for professional growth and could be the stepping stone to future opportunities within our Operations Management team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- The assembly, cleaning and inspection of production machinery, equipment and hand-held tools.
- Preparation and mixing of ingredients, managing the filling process while ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.
- Monitor production assembly lines and conduct basic testing and quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Promptly inform Supervisors of any machinery issues or production concerns.
- Adhere to the highest food safety standards and health regulations to ensure the safety and quality of our products and a safe working environment.
- Manage the storage of goods and raw materials in our facilities, which may include operating lifting equipment and forklifts.
- Perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects, maintaining high levels of physical activity, and working in diverse environmental conditions.
- Ensure adherence to operational requirements and production timelines.
