**Job Overview**
We're looking for a Senior coach for our weekly sessions at our Altrincham/Alderley Edge Academy. The Senior coach will be responsible for working in a team of coaches and leading practices or games with up to 20 players in a group.

We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.

We are looking for coaches with experience in grassroots or commercial coaching and child behaviour management skills. Applicants should ideally have their FA Level 1 and First Aid qualification.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training programs and practice schedules for the team
- Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their best performance
- Analyse game performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Organise and supervise team practices and games

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in football
- Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for developing players' skills and fostering teamwork

**Job Types**: Part-time, Graduate, Volunteer

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
