JOB TITLE: Junior Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ - 3PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: Excellent
THE ROLE:
The successful Junior Construction Solicitor will become a vital part of a dynamic and flourishing Construction & Infrastructure team, handling a varied and complex caseload across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for handling the full lifecycleof non-contentious construction matters, from pre contract risk reviews to the provision of post contract support to PFI’s and PPP’s. You will gain excellent exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from contractors and developers to public sector bodies;conducting complex and exciting work across large scale commercial developments, engineering, infrastructure and energy matters. You will be confident liaising with partners and high value clients, conducting cross-departmental work across various legal disciplines.The role requires a solid knowledge of drafting and negotiating NEC, JCT and IChemE contracts and experience with relevant security requirements, funders and professional appointments.
