**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and well-being.
- Manage daily routines including meal times and playtime efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of care and education provided.
- Drive initiatives that promote positive behaviour and emotional resilience among children.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education.

**Experience**
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in managing groups of children while promoting a positive learning environment is beneficial.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide fellow educators are an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,208.00 per year
