**The role**
We have an exciting opportunity for partnership within the South Wootton practice.**

South Wootton is a purpose-built practice with two spacious consult rooms, one doubling up with x-ray and ultrasound facilities. Currently a 1.5 vet practice but has lots of scope to further grow and expand to a 2.5 vet practice.

You will have full support from an established and experienced nursing team as well as Ophthalmology cert holder working 2.5 days a week. The practice sees a lot of ophthalmology cases, with both internal and external cases being referred regularly. The theatre onsite is fully equipped including range of orthopaedic instruments including suction pump for major cases and digital dental radiography.

The practice is supported by external OOH service and works to 4 day working week, 1-in-5 Saturdays only, supported and shared with 2 neighbouring clinics.

This is an established practice with over 3963 registered clients and being located near Sandringham Estate and North Norfolk coast, picks up seasonal clients during the summer with the nearby Sandringham Caravan and Camping site.

The practice is in excellent condition with 10 dedicated parking spaces, waiting room, small office, prep room, good-sized theatre, lab room, kitchen and freezer room. The practice is RCVS accredited and been awarded Silver Standard Cat-Friendly Clinic Award from the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) as well as a nurse training practice for future nurse development.
