Twenty84 is helping a London-based international Bank find a full-time Senior Associate Sanctions, and the role comes with a salary of up to £65k plus benefits includingbonus up to 20%, generous non-contributory pension, healthcare, and flexi-benefits. The banks offer hybrid working so 2-3 days in the office per week.

As a flexible Senior Sanctions Associate, you will work closely with the Associate Director, front-line businesses, compliance, risk and other stakeholders to ensure all sanctions-related compliance tasks are executed in a timely and professional manner,whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.

In your first week in this Sanctions Screening and Sanctions Advisory role, you can expect to:

- Provide advice and guidance to relationship managers in the completion of sanctions-related activities
- Liaise with global onboarding and AML colleagues to ensure that new sanctions touchpoints are recorded and screened
- Maintain close contact with Sanctions colleagues globally to ensure common alignment of activities and seamless communication
- Assess sanctions review submissions, respond to ad-hoc internal sanctions alerts or queries and escalate when necessary
- Provide sanctions advice
- Financial Crime and Risk management experience
- Sound practical knowledge of AML/CTF/Sanction laws, regulations and requirements gained within a banking environment
- Dealings with corporate clients

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £55,000 to £65,000.
