**We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Hygiene Operative to join our Sutton Bridge team.**

At our Production site based in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire, we are looking for a friendly, team player who can exceed in their duties to help us retain our position as a leading fresh produce supplier in the UK. We’re dedicated to using the very best of sustainable farming techniques in our own farming and collaborating with other expert farmers. We grow the finest quality potatoes, root vegetables which we pack ourselves to supply to our customers.

You will join us on a full-time permanent contract.

The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday, 18:00pm to 02:30am

At our Sutton Bridge site, we have a fantastic canteen serving a range of food from sandwiches and salads to hot meals including burgers, chips and jacket potatoes. We even get a free meal once a week
Even better, we get paid for our dinners and breaks

**Your key responsibilities will be -**
- Ensure the factory is cleaned to agreed hygiene standards and the regime is adhered to.
- Ensure all chemicals and the storage of cleaning equipment is maintained and controlled at all times.
- Ensure daily that the cleaning and safety equipment required by the hygiene team is used correctly and that any damage is reported.
- Ensure you are familiar with the risk assessments and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) necessary to complete your tasks.
- Ensure quality standards are adhered to as set by the SOP’s.
- Ensure all hygiene scanner checks are completed.
- Ensure that hygiene standards are maintained to enable visitors to be received at any time.
- Inform the Hygiene Manager/Team Leader once work has been completed so audit of work areas can be undertaken.
- Support the Hygiene Manager/Team Leader with new starters by acting as a Buddy for them.
- To complete near miss paperwork as and when required.
- Ensure all efforts are made to achieve continuous production.
- Carry out, as required such other duties as may be necessary to efficiently run the business.

Pay: £12.32 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Spalding, PE12 9YB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
