We are currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated and brilliant General Manager to oversee this site based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
Catering for a multi-tenanted building, the catering department provides a busy café/restaurant as well as hospitality.
As the General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the running of the catering department as well as management of the team. You will be an inspiring manager with the ability to lead and motivate a team as well as be hands on in all areas as and whenrequired. You will be fully accountable for all the finances including monthly analysis reports, accounts and budgets.
Excellent communication skills are essential and you will need to build, manage and maintain the client relationship.
As food is the focus, you will naturally be passionate about food and ingredients as well as having a passion for the industry and genuine keenness to develop your team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hour per week.
- Be an experienced General Catering Manager with a proven career history
- Have worked within corporate catering, B&I or a similar environment
- Be able to lead, manage and inspire a team
- Have excellent financial acumen
- Be able to develop a client relationship with patience and confidence
- Be able to priorise workloads and work under pressure remaining calm and professional
- Have a genuine passion for the Catering and Hospitality industry
- Have strong organizational and planning skills with ability to drive a business forward
- Be flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
