Multi award-winning buy to let property investment company, RWinvest, is seeking a dynamic and experienced (Office Based) UX Manager to join our innovative and fast-growing Marketing team. As our new UX Manager at RWinvest, you will be responsible for the development and improvement of clientcentric journeys across our product portfolio and platforms which will ultimately increase our conversion rates on landing pages and our website through improved UX

**Responsibilities**

Analysis and optimisation of pages using Mouseflow data to increase conversion rates

A/B testing different page variations and CTAs to yield optimum conversion results

Establish user journey patterns and optimise page experiences based on user journeys

Assisting in the Designing of new themes and layouts of additional development websites.

Changing website page layouts & new content blocks to get the best conversion.

Changing website button text to get the best conversion.

Updating existing block on the website to get the best conversion

A&B testing of new styles and types of mixed CTA’s.

Developing AI Solutions for some of the UX enhancements

Liaise regularly with teams to ensure that designs meet their requirements and core business objectives.

Ensure design standards, guidelines and best practices are adhered to.

Changing the Global CTA blocks maximum every 2 weeks based on what we are focusing on at that time

Changing the properties shown on Homepage Hero, Location Grid and Properties Slider

Updating property main images on property pages so they are not the same constantly.

Monthly report on website & all type of landing page conversion

Changing any website images to present a true reflection of RWinvest and its people and culture

Liaising with our Brand Manger to make our Website look as stunning as possible

Identifying innovative opportunities through market research and information gathering.

establishing and maintaining design standards for company use

Conducting competitive analysis of other websites that operate in the same space.

Analysing issues and problem solving

Tracking usability goals and preparing reports for senior management

Running user tests

Tracking digital trends

Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Designer or a related field.

Proven experience (Min. 5 years) as a UX Manager

Strong understanding of the property investment industry is a plus.

Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design

Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (stated below, or similar)

UX Design: (Figma, Adobe XD)

Graphic Design: (Abode photoshop, Abode illustrator, Abode InDesign)

Data Analysis: Mouseflow

Website knowledge/system: Wordpress, Unbounce
