**Internal Sales Account Manager - Software for Hair and Beauty**
**Basic salary £23,000, OTE £35,000 (uncapped) + benefits**
**Based in the Lincoln office for 2 days and can work from home for the other 3**

My client is a market leading provider of software solutions to hair and beauty salons throughout the UK. They are looking for a talented relationship builder to manage their existing client accounts, speak to them on a regular basis, ensure they are retainedand upsell additional services. It's a great team and an opportunity to work remotely up to 3 days a week if you want to. **The Role**:

- You'll be contacting existing customers by phone to upsell and cross sell additional modules of software and ensure they are happy with the service. These will be hair and beauty salons and could be anywhere in the UK.
- There are 700+ customers and each one will need contacted between once a quarter and once every 6 months.
- You'll have a really achievable revenue target each month and will also have some incoming leads to work with to supplement sales.
- It's expected that you will be in the office in Lincoln at least twice a week but you can choose to work the rest of the week remotely
- Hours are 9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday

**The Person**:

- We're looking for someone with good outbound sales experience, an account management or relationship building background would be ideal but any sales background could be considered.
- Great communication skills are essential and the ability to talk about the product range in a simple and non technical way to customers
- Someone with any health and beauty experience would be a big help but its absolutely not essential
- You'll be target driven and able to organise your day and diary to maximise the time spent talking to customers
- You'll also log information on the CRM system and carry out demonstrations for clients online

**The Package**:

- The basic is up to £23k,
- An expected OTE is £35k but this is uncapped and £40k is definitely achievable
