Client Services Supervisor

We operate over 7 million sq.ft. of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.
Our Port Salford site are now recruiting for a Client Services Supervisor on a full time basis.
**Salary**: £28,000 Per annum
Working hours: Any 5 in 7 days (Rotating 07:00 - 15:00, 08:00 - 16:00 & 09:00 - 17:00)
The purpose of a Client Services Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day administration of an external Client’s customer services. Working in a fast paced, friendly environment, providing a consistent professional and dedicated service focussing on clientand customer satisfaction.
**Key Duties of a Client Services Supervisor**:
- Act as the key point of contact to all clients and liaise with external teams to find solutions to all queries.
- Support the client with coordination of customer promotional activities with regular contact with depots to ensure delivery schedule is met.
- Work closely with the coordinators and client to drive continuous improvement ideas within the team.
- Responsible for ensuring team SOPs are accurate and up to date by performing regular audits throughout the year.
- Daily KPI tracking to discuss with the client weekly and present at monthly reviews.
- Yearly auditing of team processes and reports.
- Regularly checking client product master data to ensure it matches customer requirements.
- Support coordinators and act as escalation for client in when issues may arise.
- Provide training for any new members of the team.
- Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication thereby attaining client retention.
**Qualifications**
- Previous Customer Service experience in fast-paced organisation required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Previous experience working with SAP (Client’s system) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, able to deliver accurate information.
- Excellent supervisory and motivational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task and work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- High attention to detail / accuracy.
