We provide schools across the North East with the very best teachers and support staff. As a Recruitment Resourcer you are an integral part of the team, providing support to the experienced consultants.

**The key responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer include**:

- Write and post job adverts
- Adhere to weekly targets and KPI’s
- Show resilience and enthusiasm to work within Education
- Work well under pressure
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be confident and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised
