**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Utilise CCTV and surveillance systems to monitor the environment effectively.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and minimise theft.
- Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and any other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanour.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is essential.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
