Transport Supervisor

**Monday - Friday 50 hours between 06.00 - 19.00 / 1 in 3 Saturdays 06.00 - 12.00**

All drivers are permanently employed, a regular and reliable sub-contractor base with a fleet of state-of-the-art vehicles.

**Duties include**
- Overseeing and leading a team of transport operators
- Maximising vehicle utilisation
- Communicating with ports
- Booking delivery slots for entry in ports
- Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers start times and finish times
- Chasing drivers for eta's
- Rerouting jobs as and when required
- Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
- Speaking to customers on possible delays and providing solutions
