We are currently seeking a Community Safety and Tenancy Specialist to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to be the “go to” person for complex tenancy matters including ASB legal casework, tenancy breach and leasehold management advice.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Actively managing serious ASB and complex tenancy management cases ensuring that customer feedback and complaints are dealt with comprehensively and within target timescales
- Working closely with our partners to investigate and resolve neighbourhood nuisance, hate crime and domestic abuse cases in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to the Neighbourhood Partners to gather evidence, investigate allegations and prepare statements for court
- Undertaking regular ASB performance audits
- Effectively manage compliance casework supporting proactive asset management
- Working as part of the Safeguarding Leads team
- Have experience of managing contracts
- Have experience of ASB management including legal action
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
- Have the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Be capable of working under pressure and handling several complex tasks simultaneously
- Have evidence of continuous professional development
