As **part time Hotel Receptionist**, you will need to be friendly, sales-driven and confident. You will take pride in your work and will ensure that each of our guests has the best experience possible.

This is a part time position (24 hours per week) and will be located within our flagship hotel, the Berkeley Square, in Clifton, Bristol.

**Key information for the part time Hotel Receptionist job**:
**Salary**:£10.65 per hour plus uncapped bonuses (on average around £80-£100 extra per month, however the uncapped nature of the bonus means that our top performers can expect to take home even more than this)

**Hours**:Part time, 24 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work (you will have between 1.5 and 2 weekends in 3 off)

**Shift times**: 3 shifts per week, comprising a combination of early shifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm)

**Overtime**:Agreed overtime is paid at a rate of £11 per hour. Non-agreed overtime is not paid, but may be taken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager..

**About our ideal part time Hotel Receptionist**:
You are friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. Youll be a team player willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You are motivated by meeting targets and are sales driven. Youll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need

You will, ideally, be available to work either an early shift (7am - 3pm) or late shift (2pm - 10pm) on Mondays and Tuesdays as well as one other weekday and the weekend.

**What youll be doing as part time Hotel Receptionist**:
Reporting to the Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be involved in:

- Delivering excellent customer service for our guests no day is the same
- Making room sales and meeting sales targets Checking guests in and out taking payments and processing correctly
- Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible
- Admin duties

This is not a role that can be worked remotely, so successful applicants need to be able to work within the chosen hotel.
