MLC Partners are delighted to be working with a global services organisation with operations in over 50 countries. Working in an established global procurement team as a Global Senior Category Manager you will be responsible for autonomously managing your category,developing category strategies with large geographical scope, with a spend responsibility of up to £100m. This role has 1 direct report

**Salary**: £80k - £85k
Location: Remote working, UK
Benefits: £8k car allowance + 20% bonus + Pension
The Role:
- Design, develop and implement category strategies in collaboration with regions
- Negotiation of international agreements across European and Global
- Improve the commercial performance at a group and regional level
- On board key stakeholders and manage relationships with the Global supplier network
- Drive annual savings
- A focus on sustainability and resourceful sourcing
Professional Specification:
- Exposure to European / Global procurement or global internal relationships
- Experience in managing a complex category
- Experience managing close relationships
