**Preci-Spark is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join our existing team at our Syston Facility. The role will primarily involve setting and operating a broad range of machines.**

**What we offer for the position of Machine Operator**
- £12.50 - £14.50 depending on skill level and experience.
- Monthly productivity bonus.
- Training will be provided.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm - 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm - 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm - 12.00pm to 06.00pm
- Overtime availability.

**Requirements for the position of the Machine Operator**
- Experience in machining would be an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided.
- Capable of working as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work to procedures
- Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
