**Hourly Paid Teaching Observer**

**Colchester**

**£18.85 - £20.59 per hour**

**Permanent - Part-time - Up to 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**

**About the role**

You will undertake specified teaching observations for Teacher Training, Certificate in Education/PGCE courses, Level 5 FE teacher (Learning and Skills) Apprenticeship BA (Hons) within Colchester Institute and the University Centre Colchester. You will also provide constructive and supportive feedback to trainee teachers to enhance their teaching practice.

**About you**

You will have extensive experience in developing Technology Enhanced Learning and modelling innovative delivery methods. You will have experience of significant curriculum development and improving quality assurance systems. Experience of undertaking teaching observations and providing constructive and supportive feedback which supports the teacher/trainee to improve is also a key requirement.
