**Junior/ Trainee Trainer (Hybrid) - Grantham - £20k - £23k + benefits**

Our client is a software company based in Grantham, due to continued growth and expansion they now have a requirement for an enthusiastic Junior Trainer to join our clients growing team. You do not need to have previous training experience as full training will be provided. This is a Hybrid Office / Remote position working 2 days per week in their office.

You will be responsible for the training needs of our clients customers and staff and delivering a high quality and effective service. The role frequently requires attendance at our customer’s premises nationwide, therefore overtime and/or the occasional overnight stay may be required.

**Skills required**:

- Be confident interacting with both customers and staff.
- A can-do attitude with an ability to problem solve, prioritise and manage workload.
- A team player; effective under your own steam and equally at ease collaborating with colleagues.
- Have IT skills and be able to quickly learn new technology.
- Have a passion for training.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to make connections and deliver exceptional training.
- Have excellent written skills. Able to develop and confidently deliver pre-planned as well as ad-hoc training.
- Help other members of staff develop their system knowledge including providing on boarding sessions for new members of staff.
- A car driver, with access to own vehicle for business use to attend customer sites to deliver training courses across the UK.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
