_A consumer focused B2C business are looking to hire a Marketing Manager_

**THE COMPANY**

A consumer focused B2C business are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to develop, implement and executing strategic marketing plans to support the growth of the business by retaining existing customers and attracting new ones. The company operate a hybridworking arrangement, 2-3 days per week working remotely, with the rest being based in their modern West Midlands based offices.

**THE ROLE**

This is a broad commercial marketing role, where via the management of a small team and agency relationships, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing an annual calendar of marketing campaigns, which will involve creating and implementingcampaign strategies in line with business objectives and priorities. You will be required to lead the execution of campaigns for new product launches, store openings, customer events, promotions, and owning the online and offline promotional activity withinagreed budgetary parameters. Working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders, you will also monitor and review the effectiveness of brand communications and campaign activities and play a critical part in the ongoing digital transformationof the business.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have some demonstrable experience in a consumer-focused marketing management role. Ideal backgrounds could include retail, wholesale / distribution or other consumer facing industries. You must be able to demonstrate excellent team leadership /management ability as well as first rate communications skills. You will also have a collaborative working style, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

**THE REWARD**

You will receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus generous bonus and other benefits. The company offers hybrid working, 2-3 days per week working remotely, and free on-site parking for the days you are in the office. You willbe supported by a down-to-earth Head of Marketing who likes to hire great people, who trusts them to do a good job and gives them the autonomy to do it.
