**_Salary - £25,000 to £27,000 per annum_**
**_37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday_**_
We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Health and Social Care Trainer** to join our busy team in our **Cambridge Head Office.**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation, and to really help build and deliver an excellent training package to our team. This opportunity would be well suited for Health and Social Care Trainers who have worked within the health and social care sector delivering the care certificate framework.
Within this role, there will be scope for development and the opportunity for the trainer to get involved with projects.
**What you will be doing**
As a* Health and Social Care Trainer*, you will report into the Regional Manager. As a Health & Social Care Trainer you will be responsible for:
- Work with the Regional & Branch Managers to develop and implement effective Training programmes and materials
- Analysis, design, deliver training and learning interventions
- Organise, administrate and set up training programmes and events as required
- Ensure training records are up to date and learners training have been uploaded
- Deal with enquiries regarding training
- As the Health and Social care trainer you would ensure all employees are up to date with their refresher and mandatory training
- Delivery of Care Certificate Framework Induction training
- Provide a monthly report on training compliance
- Get involved in projects when required
**Our ideal Health and Social Care trainer will have**:
- Previous experience in delivering Health & Social Care training
- Excellent time manager
- Great communication both verbal and written
- Competent with IT systems including PowerPoint, excel, word and bespoke in-house packages
- Delivery of Care Certificate Framework
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training
- Proactive and personable
- Willing to travel to different sites including London, Essex, Cambridge & Suffolk when required
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- People Moving and Handling Trainer
**What you will receive from us**
