We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, inclusive of weekends on a rotating basis.

Salary Circa: £23,000

Location: Plymouth

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at our Plymouth site.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient service for the customer, in line with Company objectives, whilst maintaining a highly customer orientated ethos amongst all staff towards all internal and external customers.

Key Duties Include:

- Carry out recruitment, induction, training needs analysis and performance appraisal of direct reports as required
- Manage the key and lock systems to ensure good security, monitoring of lost keys, and requests for replacement of keys
- Provide reception cover in the absence of Receptionists
- Assist with mid-term and checkout inspections throughout the halls
- Supervise the efficient receipt, recording, sorting and delivery of post and parcels for residents and site colleagues.
