As Maintenance Assistant at Ibis Styles, you will make sure that the hotel is in perfect working order. You will work closely with all members of the team to ensure that all issues and repairs are fixed in a timely and safe manner and that our guests' stay is as comfortable as possible. You'll encourage and develop your team and you'll maximise sales at every opportunity.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT YOU'LL...**
- Ensure that all hotel and plant fabric is maintained to the highest possible standards.
- Know all of our health and safety procedures and ensure that the building is fully compliant.
- Repair all plumbing, leaks and other building related issues.
- Liaise with and monitor all external supplier work ensuring value for money, health and safety compliance and quality of work.

**WHAT DO I NEED?**
- Previous maintenance experience in a similar environment
- A great eye for detail
- Always give great service
- Be a team player who is able to work across departments to deliver success for the hotel
