Due to Company growth a new exciting opportunity has become available and we are looking to recruit a **Workshop Compliance Supervisor** at our depot in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week) including one hour for lunch, potential for flexible hours to be considered.

**The Role**:
**You will oversee the day-to-day business activities, ensuring the productivity levels remain high whilst customer satisfaction levels are exceeded.**
- Ensuring high levels of compliance to internal and franchise requirements
- Ensuring high levels MOT pass rates and quality checks
- Assist with Workshop planning
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Co-ordinating logistics
- Support Service Admin and Warranty Department where required
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Assist Service Manager to ensure KPIs and Dealer Requirements are met

**Qualifications and experience required**:

- Will have a strong knowledge of compliance
- A preferred background in the automotive industry, but not essential
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a busy Workshop
- High level of computer literacy
- Detail orientated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
