**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and taking their orders promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all items are presented attractively.
- Support catering events by setting up dining areas and serving guests as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
- Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
