**ROLE TITLE**: Customer Service Advisor/Bodyshop Receptionist
**REPORTING TO**: Bodyshop Manager
**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
Gemini Accident Repair Centres are on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor/Bodyshop Receptionist at our Bodmin site in Cornwall. The purpose of this role is to provide a service that books, as applicable, vehicles in and out in a manner that minimises customer waiting time.
To operate the courtesy car provision in an efficient manner in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
**MAIN TASKS**
- Book customer cars in for repair/attention either by telephone or by way of
personal visits. As a result of this, prepare job cards and files as necessary. Maintain a filing system for job cards, invoices and associated paperwork and provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer.
- On completion of the job, collect payment from the customer paying particular
attention to banking/ security arrangements and the payment of excesses oncertain insurance policies. Arrange the booking of courtesy cars for customer use.
To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment.
TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE
The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with the manager or team leader.
OTHER DUTIES
Due to the size and complexity of the establishments within the Group you will
undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager of the Group to whom you have a reporting relationship.
This role is Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.
Bonus OTE £400 per month additional to salary
