Recruitment Resourcer

We’re looking for a passionate and committed Recruitment Resourcer to help pioneer this new way of working in our well-established franchise office in Birmingham B45, looking after the Maidstone and Medway area. Whilst you will be responsible for the virtual office, you will have the support of others in the office to call upon if needed. A willingness to travel on a fairly regular basis to Maidstone & Medway is also required.

As a new Recruitment Resourcer, you will be reporting to the Head of the Midlands Hub. This is a high-profile role within the business which gives you a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and leads to other potential job opportunities and career progression, and this high-profile role will see you interacting with key members of the business and so further development opportunities may arise.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will be responsible for delivering high levels of new customer acquisition and managing and growing the existing customer base within the Maidstone & Medway territory.

As a new Recruitment Resourcer, you will be engaged in managing the whole recruitment cycle, including:

- Using our data and identifying new prospect clients from an existing database to drive decision making
- Effective account management of existing customers, building relationships to drive business growth
- Visiting existing customers
- Ensuring all records are compliant and up to date

As a new member of the team, you will be supported through an induction and training programme with the team and other key stakeholders in the business, elements of which will be delivered by Driver Hire Group Services, our main office in Bradford. This programme will focus on giving you the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team.

A key part of your success in the Recruitment Resourcer role will be your:

- Ability to grow the branch through new business conversions and account penetration
- Pro-active, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to follow a process
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Good knowledge and understanding of modern technology
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks where required
- Full, UK driving licence

Experience of sales, recruitment, driving or logistics would be advantageous, but more important to us is an aptitude to learn and a positive attitude.
