Job Title: M&E Project Manager - London
Location: London, UK

**Salary**: £40-55k
**Job Description**:
The M&E Project Manager will be required to lead and manage the project team, including managing the resources, scheduling, cost management and change control. They will also be required to ensure that all project milestones are met and that the project iscompleted within the specified timeline. In addition, they will be required to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the project team and resources to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
- Develop project plans and ensure that all project milestones are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, schedules and quality.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage change control and identify any risks or issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all materials are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Manage and report on the project progress.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Ensure that all project documents are stored and maintained.
- Provide regular updates to the project team.
Technical Skills Required:

- Proven track record in the management of M&E projects in the field of mechanical engineering, construction and infrastructure and sustainability
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage and control project costs, schedules and quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
