The **Peninsula Technology Assessment Group (**PenTAG**)** at the University of Exeter is seeking a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) or Postdoctoral Research Fellow (PDRF) in Health Technology Assessment (Health Economics). If you're passionate about influencing high-profile healthcare decisions and driving impactful research, this is your chance to make a difference

**The Role**

Within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in evaluating **health technologies** (medicines, medical devices, diagnostics) for the **National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)** and other leading agencies. Depending on your level you will:

- **PDRF**: Lead cost-effectiveness evaluations, develop de novo economic models and new methods.
- **SRF**: As above with significant leadership, project and line management responsibilities including training and development of staff to support career progression

This is a full-time post from 1st September 2025 on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2027.

**About You**

We're looking for someone with:

- A strong background in **health economic modelling** and **cost-effectiveness analysis**.
- Experience in **HTA** and **economic evaluations** (experience leading evaluations desirable for PDRF and essential for SRF level).
- A passion for research that directly influences **policy and decision-making**.
